Cervical screening and cervical pathology
Cervical cancer is one of the few cancers that can be almost entirely prevented. Dr Kalhanova covers the full prevention pathway: liquid-based cytology (LBC), HPV testing, colposcopy with biopsy, and surgical treatment of pre-cancerous changes using LEEP. If a smear result comes back abnormal, the next steps are explained calmly and in order — no scare tactics, no unnecessary delays.
Fertility and hormonal disorders
Fertility investigation covers both partners. During the consultation the doctor plans hormone tests, ovulation assessment, ultrasound and, where needed, onward referrals. Gynaecological endocrinology is a separate area of focus:
