The clinic entrance is on the front side of the building, so you'll need to walk around the building on the left or right.
Parking: paid, 6 zł/hour (cash only). There are always free spaces. You can also leave your car along the street before the parking entrance.

What languages do you speak?
Our doctors and front-desk staff speak English, Polish, Ukrainian and Russian. You can communicate in whichever language is comfortable for you — we'll understand.
How soon can I get an appointment?

Can I have an ultrasound and lab tests on the same day?
Yes. At Aurora Medical you can have a gynaecology consultation, an ultrasound and lab tests in a single visit — with no need to travel to other facilities.
Do you issue prescriptions, sick notes and referrals?
Yes. Our doctors issue electronic prescriptions (e-recepta), sick leave certificates (e-ZLA) and referrals for tests as part of private practice.
Do you accept NFZ?
Aurora Medical is a private clinic — we work without NFZ (the Polish public health fund). Services are paid directly, with no referral from a public-sector doctor and no queues.
How do I cancel or reschedule a visit?
Call +48 884 807 400 or message us on WhatsApp/Viber/Telegram. Please let us know about a cancellation at least 24 hours in advance, so we can offer your slot to another patient.
Where can I park near the clinic?
The most convenient option is the inner courtyard. Enter Szarych Szeregów 9 into your navigation. Parking is paid — 6 zł/hour, cash only. There are always free spaces. You can also leave your car along the street before the parking entrance.
How do I get my test results?
Test results from our partner laboratory ALAB are available online at alab.pl/cart/test-results. You'll receive an access code right after your samples are taken.
