I hold a Master’s degree in physiotherapy, specializing in urogynecological physiotherapy. In my work with patients, I focus on a holistic approach – caring not only for the physical aspect but also for psychological and emotional comfort. I treat each patient individually, building a relationship based on trust, empathy, and mutual respect.

What is Urogynecological Physiotherapy?

Urogynecological physiotherapy focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of disorders in the pelvic floor muscles, the pelvic region, and related structures – including the spine, hip joints, and abdominal wall.
A urogynecological physiotherapist works both manually and through individually tailored exercises, also teaching patients how to properly engage and relax the pelvic floor muscles in daily activities.
